In partnership with the City of Riihimäki, Demola offers innovation projects tailored to support highly educated job seekers. This program helps you develop new skills, expand your professional network, and demonstrate your expertise by tackling real-world challenges.
Who Is This For?
This program is designed for unemployed job seekers with a higher education background living in Riihimäki. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced professional, these projects are crafted to enhance your employability and connect you with the local innovation ecosystem.
A part-time innovation project
For 8 weeks, you'll collaborate in small teams to tackle real-world challenges within a supportive community, guided by Demola's experienced professionals. The program focuses on delivering practical outcomes—whether it's a concept, demo, or expert content—while providing you with the chance to make a tangible impact and showcase your skills.
Teamwork:
Work in self-organizing teams with the guidance and support of our professional facilitators.
Practical and Goal-Oriented:
Focus on achieving tangible results, from demos and concepts to expert-level content.
Community Engagement:
Present your project outcomes to local business leaders and stakeholders.
How to Apply
Register for the program and create your own profile. Choose the project(s) that interest you from the Demola Portal and apply for it.
If selected, you'll join a diverse team and begin your project journey in October.
