I cannot login into Demola Portal

To login into Demola Portal, use your email and password when prompted.

  • After you created your profile, you receive your Demola Account password to your e-mail address. Check also your spam folders if you do not find the message.
  • You can change your password in Sign-in & security page of Demola Account: https://account.demola.net/home/security

If you forgot your password or if it does not work, you can follow these instructions to reset your password: https://portal.demola.net/help/23 

Some people have problems while copy-pasting the password from the received email message, as it sometimes copies also whitespace characters around the password. Try to type your password manually if copy-pasting is not working.
